Age Requirement

Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

• You must register with accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination.
• Any changes to your account information must be updated promptly.
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure security, 93 Bat reserves the right to verify members' identities (KYC). A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested before a withdrawal is processed or when certain thresholds are exceeded.

Deposits at 93 Bat can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet services. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your chosen payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits via credit card or any unauthorised payment method are not accepted.

93 Bat reserves the right to verify the source of any suspicious or unusual deposit. Any deposit suspected of involving money laundering or fraud will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

The odds and conditions displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available, which may be used under specified conditions.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to a technical error, 93 Bat reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is rescheduled by more than 36 hours from its original date, the bet may be considered void.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

Separate rules apply to each sport, including cricket and football, and are detailed on the 93 Bat betting page. For live betting, 93 Bat reserves the right to void any delayed bet that is received after the relevant event has concluded.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering (rollover) requirements have been met.
• Using a bonus across multiple accounts or different accounts belonging to the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If bonus fraud is suspected, 93 Bat reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the account.

Welcome Bonus

To claim the welcome bonus on your first deposit, you must make a deposit within the specified time after registration. You will have 30 days from the date of receipt to fulfill the wagering requirements for this bonus.

93 Bat is committed to delivering members' winnings quickly and securely. A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

• The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the original deposit.

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Involvement in match fixing or any unlawful activity.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Operating an account while under 18 years of age.

Members who wish to close their account may submit a request through Settings or by contacting Support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Break Feature: Your account can be placed on a break for a set period of time.

• Account information compromised due to member negligence.
• Missed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Service disruption due to force majeure events.

That said, 93 Bat is always committed to protecting members' interests and to providing prompt, effective resolutions to any issues that arise.
